Ignacio Avellino was born in April 16, 1987 at the "Hospital Italiano" located in Montevideo, Uruguay.
His nickname Naio is due to a friend he had in High School named Guiseppe, who couldn't pronounce the "ch" right, so he always said "Naio" instead of "Nacho". He is also called Nacho, but that is just because all Ignacio's are called Nacho

One of Nacho's hobbies is photography.
Nacho enjoys taking pictures of landscapes when he sees one that really attracts him. Whether he is traveling or in Montevideo, taking pictures is an activity that has been incorporated into his life since the acquisition of his digital camera.
This hobby started in a trip to the US, when the Sony DSC-V1 was acquired.
Nacho has no training whatsoever in photography, all he knows is based on experience and considers himself as an amateur. Nevertheless he really enjoys this ... but he also hopes that one day it'll work as a chick magnet!
Usually he doesn't include people in pictures ... he likes landscapes better. People in pictures are for birthdays, weddings or people on a trip that want to say "I was here".

Nacho likes music in general, but he most identifies himself with electronic music. Some Dj's like Benny Benassi are his favorites, but he most enjoys compilations made by Ministry of Sound[2] (like the Annuals or house music compilations).
His taste in electronic music is focused on House, Disco, Dance and Techno.
Lately he was introduced by Mr. B to the T to the O, to Rock music. Bands like Panic! at the disco, Fall out boy, The Killers or My Chemical Romance are part of his music library, and he listens to them very often.
Alternative rock is a source of inspiration for Naio, since some lyrics from this groups sound really familiar to him, his life and situation. Besides that fact, he really enjoys that music now, which he used to despite long time ago.
Oldies also are appreciated by Naio. Music from the 60s - 70s had a big influence in the past and Nacho respects that very much. Besides, they are enjoyable ...

Right now Naio is studying Software Engineering at the Universidad Católica del Uruguay, he enjoys very much his career and thinks that he made the right choice regarding what to study. Some subjects may be boring, but in general the career is enjoyable and fun. Sometimes he feels like he should quit everything because it is too hard or too demanding, but he guesses that that feeling is normal and everybody gets it, but it doesn't mean that you should quit.
He goes to the gym at the Club Malvin, where he works out pumping iron. He used to play volleyball, but he had to quit since the University was at the same time as the volleyball class. Swimming was a regular activity in his life, but that was a long time ago, and he doesn't think that he will have the time soon to start with swimming again. Why did he quit?? reasons unknown ...
Right now Naio is at a Work & Travel program in the US. He is working for a Marriott in Newport, RI.
[edit] Plans for the future
In the future he plans to get his master or PhD in something related to software developing, or maybe a Microsoft certificate. After that, a good job should come along.
On the family side he plans not to leave everyone behind by leaving the country, but to work for an international company right here using Internet as the communication line
