Naharlagun is a picturesque town situated in the foothills of Himalayas in the Indian state of Arunachal Pradesh, 10km the capital city of Itanagar, it is at an altitude of 200 metres from sea level. Surrounded by mountains, Naharlagun is a small town which sees annual long monsoon rains.
