Nagyrév is a village in Jasz-Nagykun-Szolnok in central Hungary
The village was the home of a gang of midwives known as the "wise women" who, between 1914 and 1929, murdered an estimated 300 people. The group included four women: Mrs. Julius Fazekas, Susi Olah, Juliane Lipka, and a Mrs. Szabó.
