Nadine Milroy-Sloan

Nadine Milroy-Sloan (born 21 August 1973) was convicted of two counts of perverting the course of justice in 2003 for falsely accusing Neil and Christine Hamilton, and a third person, of rape.[1] She was sentenced to three years in jail, the highest sentence yet passed for such a crime.[2]

Previously she had been sentenced to one year of probation for causing actual bodily harm after pleading guilty to attacking a woman outside a nightclub and kicking her in the face as she lay on the ground.[3] She was also ordered to pay £250 compensation.
