[edit] History

Nadie is formed in April of 1994 with a group conformed of bass, drums and two guitars and mixing music styles like hardcore, punk and ska.

In 1995 the members decide to change music the music they play, so they made their new songs sound stronger and strident, getting close to hardcore punk.

In 1996, the band records its first album, Nadie ("No-one"), which contains 16 tracks. This album was released and distributed in Medellín, Manizales, Cali and Bogotá. The same year the band performs along popular rock bands from Colombia like: Cuidado con la begonias, 1%, Birra, I.R.A., Neus, Censura, Contraorden, Danny Dodge, Angeles con la cara sucia and many others.

In 1999 the second guitarist and the drummer leave the band and the remaining members decide to have a break. A year later Julián decides to continue with the band, so in 2000 reunites with Juan David and Felipe, the new drummer, to begin to compose the second album: Carne trémula ("Tremulous Flesh"), which has a style closer to Rock and Roll and uses saxophone in some of its 10 tracks, but keeps the strength that has always distinguished the band. This album was recorded at the end of 2001 in Siamesis Audio Studio by Julián Velazquez, and it was released at the beginning of 2002. Following this launch, the band films two video clips releasing the songs: Carne trémula and Emilio dice ("Emilio says") from the album.

In 2004 the band releases Me sabe a sangre el corazón (“My heart tastes like blood”), a single with 5 tracks produced by the band members; they raised the money from sponsors and selling merchandise of the band and the single. The songs in this single show a complete evolution of the band's lyrics and music.
