Eg. THE HOLE: Mrs Ecto: What they don't realise is that he'd give anything to be similar. Mrs. Meso: Is he making any headway at all? Mrs Ecto: He thinks there's a slight resemblance between him and a man he sees on the train sometimes, but he gets very disheartened.

RESOUNDING TINKLE: Bro: There was somebody at the door Middie: Who? Bro: I told him he'd better wait. He wants me to form a government. Middie: What does he look like? Bro: He says he's working through the street directory

ONE WAY PENDULUM: Prosecutor: Where werre you, Mr. Groomkirby, before you came here today? Arthur: I was living in a world of my own, sir. Prosecutor: Where, roughly, would this world be in relation to, say, Chester-le-Street? Arthur: Quite some way away. Prosecutor: Do you enjoy travelling, Mr Groomkirby? Arthur: On the contrary, sir. Judge: Do you mean you actively dislike it? Arthur: Actively dislike it m'lord. Prosecutor: You actively dislike travelling and yet you made this lengthy journey to Chester-le-Street? Arthur: I was a masochist at the time, sir.
