The image is principally being used for the article 1635: The Canon Law, the e-book for which it is the publishers cover, thus constititing fair use. It should be noted, that this article will cover this same work when it is also released as a printed publication, as is the current practice by the publisher. (i.e. The e-book novels in the series are the pre-released book in an 'unproofed'[ serialized Advance Reader Copy (ARC), by which time, the cover artwork is finished and available.

In addition to that, this image will be used in the generic series article 1632 series which tracks all members of this group of works which are usually initially released as serialized e-magazines, then as e-books, and finally then in print over a nine to twelve month period successively in normal hardcover, and trade paperback succession.

Thus there will be two fair uses of this image as forseen.
