Keep: MYST is a defining part of video game history. Wikipedia mentions works of fiction such as literature, and so the video game's content's should be no different. Furthermore, to keep the articles intact and take out the disclaimer template and have the articles written again would be time consuming and tedious to read, as the author would be constantly saying "According to the game..." or something to that effect. One of the immersive qualities of the video game is that it acts like it really happened, so to have disclaimers in every sentence would be illusion breaking. Wikipedia readers are smart enough to know that something in a video game like that is fiction.

Please read WP:WAF to see what's wrong writing fiction as fact. The game's story might be immersive and intriguing but the wikipedia isn't for retelling immersive and fascinating stories. It's an online encyclopedia. --Mitaphane talk 23:43, 11 September 2006 (UTC)
