Mystagogue
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
A mystagogue is a person who initiates others into mystic beliefs, an educator or person who has knowledge of the mystic arts. Traditionally, it is the role of the mystagogue to mystify pledges. The term is sometimes used to refer to a person who guides people through religious sites such as churches who explains the various artifacts. Usually adorned in a dark hooded cloak, the mystagogue carries knowledge from the days of old, long before the earth's crust had cooled. The mystagogue oversees the S.H.A.H. (i.e. vacuums and dusts), and blackballs anyone caught looking for it as he sees fit.
