Myrtle Cook (also competed as Myrtle McGowan) (January 1, 1910 – March 18, 1985) was a Canadian athlete who competed mainly in the 100 metres.
Born in Toronto, Ontario, she competed for Canada in the 1928 Summer Olympics held in Amsterdam, Netherlands in the 4 x 100 metres where she won the gold medal with her team mates 100m silver medalist Fanny Rosenfeld, 100m bronze medalist Ethel Smith and Florence Bell.
She died in Elora, Ontario in 1985.
