[edit] Addendum to "Here is my attack"

Well, I hace confessed to vandalizing for the past several months, and for permanently scarring my reputation. I want to state now that Tex's contention that I haven't left is entirely false, I only came back on the 23rd to voice my opinion against RobChurch, and his RfA. Well, my attack: I am sorry for being the CIyde vandal and for my attacks on John Reid. I am sorry that I came here, stressing myself, and others out. To further emphasize this, I did create an account with the intention of it being constructive after a three month long meltdown. Hopefully, I will be able to edit constructively, and I am sorry for all the trouble I cause. Yes, people reform, and to be honest, the point of the vandalism was to attract attention to what I see as incivility, and the reasons several of my friends have left here. But vandalism is vandalism, so I better quit before I get in trouble. I am sorry I was ever apart of the project. I DONT want to be a Brian Chase. But, at least I did edit here constructively for a year and three months before I went haywire.εγκυκλοπαίδεια*14:34, 31 May 2006 (UTC) Addendum: It is my wish to make it clear that I want to return to the encyclopedia, and I am asking that my block may be lifted so I can continue my work here. εγκυκλοπαίδεια*

[edit] Civility

As long as you want to be a useful member of the community, then this account can stand, or, if you use it to make meaningful edits, then we can unblock you eventually. User:Zoe|(talk) 22:49, 31 May 2006 (UTC)

Seconded. You need to be able to take things less seriously (I do to, but that not the point...). You would have had good standing right now if you did. Its never to late to become a useful contributor. I've coded history analysis script, I know that the vast majority of admins almost never do serious article work after becoming a sysop...we need contributors, IPs and non-admin users (some new ones too) are the backbone of our contributors, thats why we need people like you. I know the stats, so I am not just "saying this". As Zoe said, an unblock is not out of the realm of possibility.Voice-of-AllTalk 21:57, 1 June 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Return

Let me ask on the admin notice board for other opinions. I myself would likely be willing to do the unblock, but when this was last mentioned there were several people who expressed strong resurvations at the possibility. I'll let you know what develops.... - TexasAndroid 16:47, 7 July 2006 (UTC)

Also, do you apologize for past vandalisms, and commit not to vandalize in the future? I would want to hear those from you before unblocking. - TexasAndroid 16:51, 7 July 2006 (UTC)
Ok. I have placed the notice, and will give it 24 hours. If there are no major objections raised by that point, I will unblock your original account and restore the User and Talk pages. If there are objections, then they will have to be dealt with. While I will not do so, I would not be shocked to see another admin block this MyApology account as a sock puppet of a blocked user. If that happens, please do not resort to further sock-puppets, etc. Stay calm, and communicate here on this talk page. You have our attention again, so anything you post here will not be missed. Also, my current thoughts are that if your original account does get unblocked, this one should be blocked at that point. It will have served it's purpose, and it will be time for it to be left behind. We shall see. - TexasAndroid 17:05, 7 July 2006 (UTC)

Congrats. You have been unblocked on your main account. (And not even by me. :) ) As I mentioned above, I have now blocked this account indefinitely, as there is no reason for it to remain open now that your original account is unblocked. - TexasAndroid 18:21, 7 July 2006 (UTC)
