MyAir

MyAir (My Way Airlines) is a low-cost airline based in Milan, Italy. It operates domestic services and international flights to Romania, Bulgaria and Spain. Its main base is Orio al Serio Airport, Bergamo, near Milan.

The airline was established in 2004 and started operations on December 17, 2004 with three Airbus A320-200s wet-leased from other airlines. The following week it received its own air operator certificate and started operations with its own Airbus A320-200. It is backed by former Volare Airlines management. [citation needed]

  • On September 26, 2006 MyAir ordered 19 Bombardier CRJ-900s in a deal valued at $702 million and 15 of the firm orders will convert to the Bombardier CRJ-900X if the stretched version of the 90-seat regional jet is launched. [2]
