[edit] A thought on the main character

Could the ghost perhaps be unaware of being incorporeal? After all, on "Karma," he hits a point of realization...Mikael Ã…kerfeldt's scream there is highly representative of this. Just my own thought.

  • Actually, Mikael has explicitly stated that this is the case. He compared the story of the album to the story in The Sixth Sense and says the character has died, but doesn't realize it.
