Dr. Cox switches from female to dog names for J.D. after an interesting bestiality rumour does the rounds. Dr. Cox himself is barely getting any attention from Jordan over the baby, Elliot and Paul (and Turk and Carla) are fighting about their relationships, and when J.D. accepts a date from Jamie Moyer, whom they all call T.C.W. ("Tasty Coma Wife"), the very attractive wife of a coma patient, and comes under fire for it, he eventually snaps.

- Jamie Moyer, the "Tasty Coma Wife", makes her first appearance. She will return in Episode 44, My Interpretation, and Episode 45, My Drama Queen.
