My Overkill is the 25th episode of the American sitcom Scrubs. It originally aired as Episode 1 of Season 2 on September 26, 2002.

Neil Flynn, the "Janitor" now appears as a regular cast member in the opening titles of the show.
The opening titles have been changed and the theme song has been extended. This extension was so reviled by fans that the opening credits were reverted to the short version after just two episodes.
When J.D. is borrowing the scrubs from Chet and he says 'Don't Stain Them', as Chet is saying it look closely: the lips from the actor playing Chet do not move. Also, if you look closely it appears that the top of Chet's head should collide with the top of the door frame as he leaves, however he simply passes through it.
In the beginning of the episode when J.D. and Turk are in bed you can see J.D.'s shoulders under the covers because he's not wearing a shirt, but then when Turk accuses him of being homophobic and takes off his covers he's fully dressed.
In the audio commentary they mention that NBC hated this episode, however they do say that this episode received a very high rating on tv.com and is generally considered a fan favourite.
Just before the Janitor squirts J.D. with water for the second time, J.D. is holding a patient's chart. In the close-up shot of J.D.'s crotch, both his hands are visible and he isn't holding anything.
