My Ocardial Infarction is the 81st episode of the American sitcom Scrubs. It originally aired on January 18, 2005. The episode title is a pun on myocardial infarction, the technical term for a heart attack.

J.D. is having problems dealing with 'train wreck' codes - when a patient is flat-lining and lots of other problems occur as well. Elliot is very good at handling these situations. Initially J.D. doesn't worry about Elliot's superiority because he believes he has the upper hand at diagnosis. However, when Elliot diagnoses a patient before him, J.D. is forced to wonder is she is a better doctor than him.
