Konohamaru da kore! (木ノ葉丸だ コレ!, My Name is Konohamaru!)is the second episode of the Anime and Manga series Naruto in which Konohamaru is introduced, as well as Ebisu, who is a Tokubetsu Jōnin.

In this episode, we are introduced to Konohamaru, the grandson of the Third Hokage. He speaks of how one day he wants to become Hokage of the village so that he'll finally be recognized other than the honorable grandson of the Hokage.
Konohamaru wants to become the Hokage the easy way: by killing his grandfather(though he really can't do it.) Konohamaru wants to learn Naruto's Oiroke no Jutsu (Sexy Technique), and Naruto does teach that to him. However, Konohamaru doesn't quite get the trick, until Naruto tells him that in life, there really is no easy road to success.
It's ninja registration day and Naruto is up for his picture. Rather than taking a standard pose, he goes all out, painting his face like the Kabuki theater actors. During the interview with the Sandaime Hokage, the Hokage tells him to retake the picture, but Naruto is determined to have it kept like that. Naruto then uses his Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Technique) to turn into a smoke covered naked woman, to somehow convince the Hokage otherwise to keep his picture. Unknown to them, a young boy watches the interview; who then runs into the room yelling a challenge at the Hokage, at which point he trips and falls flat on his face. His sensei, Ebisu then comes running in after him, where he catches a glimpse of Naruto, remember he is the Kyuubi (he doesn't see the fox and Naruto as separate). The young boy then accuses Naruto of setting a trap, and sparks fly between the two; we now know this young boy to be the grandson of the current Hokage. Just when the young boy thinks Naruto can't do anything to him because of his status of being the honorable grandson, Naruto knocks him to the ground. Ebisu warns him of what kind of person Naruto is and tells him that if he wants to become the Godaime Hokage he should stick with him and avoid people like Naruto. Unknown to Ebisu, he'd had already left while he was talking to him, to go follow Naruto. While Naruto is walking through the village, he notices that this kid is following him, doing quite a bad job at cloaking himself. When Naruto's has had enough of him following him, he finally confronts him. He wants to learn from Naruto his Oiroke no Jutsu (Sexy Jutsu), to finally take down his grandfather, the Hokage, pledging to be his follower. Naruto explains that it'll be hard work, saying that he'll need a lot of "chatra", and that he should practice first by transforming into a girl seen in the market, which doesn’t turn out so well. Naruto then takes him to a book store to look at adult magazines and then a women's bath house to get some inspiration in which Naruto get beat up badly. They finally end up in the woods, where Naruto says that he's done so far getting the preparation and that he just needs a lot of practice. Back at the center, Ebisu is on the look out for Naruto and the grandson, vowing to eliminate anything that gets attach to those who he teaches for greatness. During the break, we finally learn that the honorable grandson's name is Konohamaru, named after the village. But it doesn't seem to matter what his name is, as no one ever calls him that; rather they keep calling him the grandson of the Hokage. He wants to become Hokage so people will finally recognize him other than just the Hokage's grandson. On the roof of the Hokage's office Iruka, has a talk about Naruto's dream coming a bit closer. However, the Hokage has his doubts, people who were there for the attack of the Kyuubi, will only know him as the demon child and his only hope now is for the other kids who weren't around for it to never find out. But though the Fourth Hokage wanted people to see Naruto as a hero for sealing the Kyuubi inside of him, there are still those who see Naruto as the demon itself and that hatred is being passed down to the children. Ebisu finally finds Naruto and Konohamaru, lecturing him about the things he has to do before he can become Hokage, at which point Konohamaru changes into a smoke covered, sexy naked woman. The technique however doesn't last long enough for Ebisu to get knocked down and Ebisu is already pulled Konohamaru to go back and train. Naruto then does his Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Shadow Doppelganger), which Ebisu isn't impressed at until Naruto and his clones do the Hāremu no Jutsu (Ninja Harem), launching Ebisu into the air with a nosebleed. A disgruntled Konohamaru asks why he couldn't defeat Ebisu, as Naruto gives some final advice, he tells Konohamaru that becoming Hokage won't be so easy; there will be a lot of unpleasant things that will come and battles that he'll have to fight. He continues to say that he needs to be prepared because there are no short cuts to becoming Hokage. Konohamaru then denounces his follower status under Naruto and that they are now rivals. Naruto says he's starting ninja training soon and he can't wait until they battle for the title of Hokage.

- The Japanese title of this episode literally translates to I Am Konohamaru!.
- The audience learns that the Sandaime Hokage and Ebisu are "perverts", both having experienced huge nosebleeds upon seeing Naruto's Oiroke no Jutsu and Hāremu no Jutsu, respectively.
