Turk and Carla have relationship problems, as do Dr. Cox and Jordan. J.D. considers exactly how much the hospital consumes their lives; Elliot is forced to live in the back of a truck as she has no time to find another place, and J.D. loses his mojo while dating Lisa, the gift-shop girl. J.D. later offers Elliot to stay with him and Turk, and they end up sleeping with each other again.
