- It is revealed that J.D. has a long-standing obsession with the band Journey. He recommends a Journey cover band for Turk and Carla's wedding and queues up twenty three Journey songs at a bar's jukebox. J.D.'s closing monologue for the episode runs over the Journey song "Don't Stop Believin'".
