"My Heart Has a Mind of Its Own" is a song recorded by Connie Francis. It hit number one on the Billboard Hot 100 on September 26 in 1960. Susan Raye scored a top ten remake of the song for the country market in 1972, Debby Boone came close to duplicating this, hitting #11 country in 1979.
