[edit] Plot

J.D. is about to leave his apartment for the hospital, but is running late, so he is still getting dressed as he kisses Danni goodbye, while telling her that he doesn't have time to eat. However, before he reaches the door, Danni asks if he wants to have sex, and of course, he accepts, and dives over the couch towards her. During this, J.D. is narrating about how relationships can be defined by how long couples have been together, whether it's a few weeks (J.D. and Danni), or three years (Carla and Turk). The scene changes to Carla and Turk, with J.D in the back, driving to work. Carla asks Turk what he thinks about getting pregnant right after the wedding. There is a moment's pause before Turk (who is driving) leaps out of the car, yelling "See Ya!". J.D. tells Carla she should never ask a guy that sort of question while he's driving as the car careens off an overpass in an obvious fantasy sequence. We are then taken to Dr. Cox's apartment, as J.D moves onto a couple that's been together for five years (Cox and Jordan). Cox asks Jordon why they never have sex anymore, to which Jordan responds that she no longer feels sexy after pushing a baby out of her body six months ago.

At the hospital, Turk asks Carla if she is still on the pill, while behind them, Elliot tells J.D. about an experience she had where she took 30 birth control pills after forgetting to take them while on holiday. J.D. asks what happened, and we are taken to a flashback of Elliot, in a homecoming dress with obvious facial hair and a look of horror, telling her mother to stall her date while she begins to apply shaving foam. However, after the flashback her only reply to J.D is "Nothing!" J.D. shrugs and turns the corner to see the Janitor talking to Todd. Strangely, he is talking to him in a British accent, asking him to try one of his "Tea Buns" he is holding. After Todd leaves (after Todd gives him a Five) J.D. tells Doug how he thinks the Janitor is pretending to be British. However, Doug looks confused, and asks if J.D. is talking about "Klaus the German Guy?", as to which the Janitor approaches them and says "Guten Tag Doug!". After Doug thanks him for the compliment and leaves, the Janitor tells J.D. that the phrase means "Nice Haircut" in German, which of course it doesn't, but when J.D challenges him he tells J.D to "mind your own beeswax" (in his regular voice) and walks away, but not before J.D takes one of the cakes.

[edit] Trivia

The Janitor, played by Neil Flynn, actually was in The Fugitive.
