The Music Department of S. K. H. Lam Woo Memorial Secondary School is a division of the S. K. H. Lam Woo Memorial Secondary School, located in Hong Kong. It is part of the school's Cultural Faculty. The teacher-in-charge is Ms. Lee Siu-mei (李少薇老師), the school's music teacher. The department runs six Music School Teams and 21 Instrument Training Classes with the assistance of the Extra-Curricular Activities Section of the Non-Academic Development Division.

July, 2005
The 35th Anniversary Concert was held in Tsuen Wan Town Hall.

2005
The Intermediate Mixed Voice Choir controversially won in the Music Festival of Hong Kong, Urban District Division for the first time, based on its Chinese entry.

November, 2004
The 35th Anniversary Music CD was released.

2004
The Senior Boys' Choir was established; it won in the Music Festival of Hong Kong 2004, New Territories District Division. The Choir discontinued later the same year.

November, 2002
The school's first CD album, 'The First Tunes', was released.

2001
The Symphonic Band was established.

September, 1990
The School Orchestra was established.
