Murray Cook (baseball)

Murray Cook is a Canadian former general manager in Major League Baseball. Cook was the chief baseball operations executive for three MLB teams during the 1980s: the Montreal Expos, New York Yankees and Cincinnati Reds.

Since 2002, Cook has been a major league scout for the Boston Red Sox, joining Boston after nearly a decade as a scout for the Florida Marlins.
