Murray 1 Power Station, New South Wales

Murray 1 Power Station is one of several hydroelectric power stations in the Snowy Mountains Scheme, New South Wales, Australia. Murray 1 has ten turbo generators, with a generating capacity of 950 MW of electricity.
The power station was completed in 1967, and has 460.2 metres rated head.
