i bet there is no law against it in idia......except for the policeman at public places, who harrass innocent passerby by confiscating there mobiles! isnt there anything that says about invasion of privacy and law related to this article?

[edit] explain MMSC as MMS Server/Relay

Hi, i woluld like to include a hint: (MMSC is a common, but non-standard name for the combined functionalities of a MMS Server and MMS Relay).

Since you won´t find the term MMSC in the refered OMA or 3GPP specs. Nonetheless you can buy a "MMSC".

what do you think?
