Category:Multiday Running

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Multiday Running is the pioneering edge of super-long distance running today. A true multiday begins with the 48 hour races and extends to the longest currently held race in the world, the Self-Transcendence 3100 Mile Race which takes place in New York every summer. Running these type of distances requires a different perspective than a marathon for example. Determining correct pace, nutritional demands, rest and acquiring the correct equipment takes considerable personal experience and preparation.
