Muidumbe is a district of the province of Cabo Delgado, in Moçambique. Its capital is the village of Muidumbe.

The district of Muidumbe is limited to the north and the east by the district of Mocimboa da Praia, to the north and the west by the district of Mueda, and to the south by the district of Macomia.

According to the Census of 1997, the district has 63,820 inhabitants and an area of 1,987 km².
