Much Dewchurch

Much Dewchurch is a village in Western England. It is an important parish under the auspices of Gloucester cathedral, even though it lies in the county of Herefordshire.
The Old Vicarage has stood since before the Black Death of the 1600s, and includes a plaque of the number of vicars that served the parish in the fateful year 1665.
Other buildings of note are the pub which still has civil war musket damage on the wooden walls inside and the church which has stood since the 1100's, a typical Norman confection with square tower and a Victorian extension to the North transept.
Big estates in the area included Bryngwyn and the Mynde.
