MTV Networks Europe

MTV Networks Europe is a Viacom subsidiary in Europe that acts as a sister company to MTV Networks (US). MTVNE produces broadcasts various European MTV and VH1 channels. Unlike its US counterpart, MTVNE does not broadcast any European Nickelodeon channels; in the UK they are broadcast by Nickelodeon UK, a joint venture between Viacom and BSkyB.

Being based in the United Kingdom, all MTVNE channels are regulated by the British television regulator Ofcom regardless of whether they are available in the UK. Ofcom has granted licenses to MTVNE to broadcast the following channels:
