This is the ship's theater onboard the Satellite of Love in the Mystery Science Theater 3000 television series. Joel Robinson, Crow T. Robot, and Tom Servo can be seen in silhouette in the lower right hand corner of the screen. The ship's theater is where most of the episode takes place as viewers watch Joel and the 'bots dismantle the films they are forced to watch. Shown here are Joel and the 'bots watching the Cheverolet sales manager training film Hired!, which was shown in episode 423 - Bride of the Monster. I took this screenshot in December of 2004.
