This article is about the third highest level in Czech football - The Moravia-Silesia Football League (Czech: MSFL or Moravskoslezská fotbalová liga).
The winner of MSFL is promoted to 2nd Division. Enough two clubs are promoted to MSFL - winner of Divize D and winner of Divize E.
