Mr_Congeniality is a contributer to Wikipedia. His real name is Randy Lee, and is also the creator of Crap Os, a interactive parody of the Microsoft Windows and Macintosh operating systems. He resides in Smithfield, Utah.

  • In 2004, Mr_Congeniality started on Crap Os X2. The original version would be later dumped after Mr_Congeniality tested Windows Vista. In August 2005, Crap Os X2 restarted from scratch. So far, the closed beta tests have received extremely high praise. X2 is the 3rd release in the Crap Os series. Previous versions were Crap Os 1.0, and Crap Os X.   • In 2002, The Proxist Chronicles were introduced, and slated with a 2nd episode finish date of January 2005. However, it was never released. Mr_Congeniality dumped the old "Proxist", and decided to start over from the 1st episode with a new plot, and extremely high rate of animation. Mid-2007 is the confirmed release date for episode 1. There will be 6 episodes in total.
