The 5th edition of the Mr. World Male Pageant will be held between February/March 2007 in the tropical island of Sanya, People's Republic of China.
Mr World 2007 will be televised across the globe, with an estimated audience of over 1billion people in over one hundred countries. Over the weeks of the competition, the men will be tested on their strength, perseverance, mental agility and determination, set against some of China’s most spectacular locations.
A number of challenges are now being considered these include:
- X-treme sports- Continental series team events
- Great Wall Climb – Great Wall Of China
- Marine Training
- Traditional raft building – Sink or Swim
- Jungle survival exercises in Tropical Rain Forest
- Mountain River Rapid Series
- Scuba Recovery Challenge
- Martial Arts Training School
- Elephant Pull – Team Series
A record 80 countries are expected to compete.
