Mr. Noodle's Brother, Mr. Noodle

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A goofy-acting human Sesame Street character, Mr. Noodle's Brother, Mr. Noodle, appears in the "Elmo's World" segment, attempting to demonstrate some activity related to the episode's topic as offscreen kids repeatedly correct him. The character's name is a reference to the character Mr. Noodle, who plays the same role in other "Elmo's World" episodes; at times, people will call Mr. Noodle's brother "the other Mr. Noodle". Both Mr. Noodles are essentially silent; they speak very rarely.

Mr. Noodle's brother was portrayed by actor Michael Jeter, who died on March 30, 2003 from complications from AIDS. No one has portrayed "the other Mr. Noodle" since Jeter's death. Other relatives of Mr. Noodle have been formed to fill this hole.
