Mr. Mackey (first name unknown) is a fictional character in the South Park cartoon series, and is voiced by Trey Parker. Mr. Mackey is the school counsellor, well-known for his exaggeratedly large head and inserting "m'kay" into sentences.

He has occasionally taught classes at the school, and taught sex education with Ms. Choksondik. During this time he had a sexual relationship with Ms. Choksondik until her death. After her death, he took over the fourth grade class until Mr. Garrison returned.

Mr. Hankey, the Christmas Poo - Tries to convince Kyle that Mr. Hankey is not real.
Ike's Wee Wee - During a drug-education class, he passes some marijuana ("mar-i-joo-wha-na") around the classroom, and it goes missing. (Apparently by one of the children, though it is later revealed that the actual thief was Mr. Garrison.) For this, Mr. Mackey is fired by the school, and evicted by his landlord, and, feeling depressed, he ends up taking drugs himself.
Roger Ebert Should Lay Off the Fatty Foods - Tries to help stop the planetarium from brainwashing the townspeople, but is caught himself.
Rainforest Schmainforest - Sends the boys on the "Getting Gay with Kids" choir tour, and joins them in San José, Costa Rica to see their concert.
Two Guys Naked in a Hot Tub - Holds a house party for the meteor shower.
World Wide Recorder Concert - Accompanies the schoolchildren and Mr. Garrison to Arkansas, where the children play a recorder concert and Mr. Garrison must face his demons in the shape of his father, who never sexually abused him. Mr. Mackey also gets into a bizarre fight with Mr. Hat, and concedes that he lost.
South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut - Sings the children a song about avoiding swearing, and joins the army to fight in the war against Canada.
Proper Condom Use - Teaches sex education, and has sex with Ms. Choksondik while discussing the lesson plan.
Butt Out - Catches Cartman, Stan, Kyle and Kenny smoking.
Mystery of the Urinal Deuce - Tries to find out which boy defecated in the urinal.

Mr. Mackey, Mr. Hat and Mr. Garrison

Mr. Mackey is based on Trey Parker's junior high school counsellor, Mr. Lackey.
It is suggested in Ike's Wee Wee that Mr. Mackey's head would normally be the same size as those of other South Park characters, but that he simply ties his tie much too tightly. However, he comments in Proper Condom Use that, at one point in his life, "my head just started getting bigger while the rest of my body stayed the same", making it unclear whether the size of his head is a natural feature or not.
In Child Abduction Is Not Funny, we see Mr. Mackey's parents, who also say "m'kay", and strongly resemble him (including the large heads).
Saying "m'kay" is a feature resemblant of Mr. Van Driessen from Beavis and Butt-head.
In Rainforest Schmainforest we learn that Mr. Mackey is fluent in Spanish, and even says "m'bien" speaking Spanish to the Costa Rican president.
