Mr. Freeze is a steel roller coaster located at Six Flags Over Texas in Arlington, Texas.

This is a LIM-launched roller coaster that is essentially the same ride as the Mr. Freeze roller coaster at Six Flags St. Louis, only in mirror image. Originally this coaster had over the shoulder restraints that were replaced with individual ratcheting lap bars in 2002. Planned for a 1997 opening, troubles with the LIM system delayed the opening until 1998. The ride uses two separate trains that are powered by 224 linear induction motors to achieve the top speed of 70 mph; additionally there is a sliding track so that one train can be running on the track while the other is in the loading position.

The ride Starts by having the brakes be released and the lights come on. then the LIM's start the adventure. After your out of the 120' tunnel. Next you enter a inside tophat. Third is an over the banked turn to the left. The last thing is a spike you go up being lifted up by LIM's to the top. Only to stall and do the whole course again.

Currently the track seems to be in apparent need repairs due to rust and miscoloration. It may get painted over the winter as it is in rehab for holiday in the park.

As of June 2006, all Premier LIM rides have undergone emergency inspection and are closed. This includes Mr. Freeze in both St. Louis and Arlington, Texas. They are closed because of an accident on Batman & Robin: The Chiller, a wheel fell off on the lowest part of the track. It has been tested and seems to be working condition, however new wheels and bearings have been ordered and will be replaced.
