[edit] Band Bio
Mr. Fish was formed in mid-2005 by Kyle Little. Little enlisted friends Kaevan Tavakolinia, Nathan Goldman, and Paul Tilson. Upon the band's inception, the band was to be a blues band. However, the band quickly moved towards a more straight-ahead alternative rock aesthetic with blues influences. Little met drummer Tyler Kelly at a local blues jam, where he recruited him for Mr. Fish. Shortly thereafter, Fish Friend joined the band, forming the current lineup. In 2006, after garnering a devoted local fan following, Mr. Fish recorded their eponymous debut EP.
[edit] Film Work
In early 2006, filmmaker Tim Friend asked Mr. Fish to score his film, Cadaverella. The band accepted, writing the song "Zombie Babe" for the film. Cadaverella debuted at the 2006 KC Jubilee Film Festival, and is slated for DVD release late 2006 to early 2007.
