MQWCL

MoreQuakeWorld (MQWCL) is an enhanced QuakeWorld client based on the GPL'd QuakeWorld sourcecode released by id software in 1999. As one of the first new QW engines to emerge after the sourcecode release, MoreQuakeWorld was developed by Polish Quaker Azazello with input from various helpers and rapidly gained popularity among the online community.

However, with the advent of FuhQuake in 2002 and its huge popularity amongst players, development of MoreQuakeWorld has virtually stopped. After the release of MQWCL 0.96, the only release since July 2002 has been a development beta 0.97 in 2003.
