This article looks like it was lifted whole cloth from some other source. It needs a good wordsmithing pass, and I gave it a start and got about three paragraphs done. We should smooth out the level of formality and the tone, tighten the prose, and wikify where appropriate. ACW 14:54, 25 July 2006 (UTC)
