[edit] Neutrality
It's not very neutral to call the chechen seperatist faction a very unpopular islamist faction, and that that is the reason Udugov lost the election. First of all the seperatists have heavy support in the chechen people and more recruits than they have resources to handle. Second they are not a radical islamist group who wishes to impose a radical islamistic regime in Chechnya, their present leader Doku Umarov has stated that this is not jihad and they are not mujahedins, it is a war for freedom. But my main complaint is that it isn't neutral to call them a very unpopular islamist faction.
