[edit] Synopsis

What would you do for the job of your dreams? For ladder-climbing law intern Rick Robinson (Ben Gourley), it would be just about anything.

With only four days until the bar exam, an utterly unprepared Rick is given a rare opportunity to score points with his boss, Maxwell McAllister (Rutger Hauer) and without thinking, commits to a favor he can't afford.

Rick soon finds himself stuck in a grueling cross country road trip driving a rundown U-Haul truck carrying all his boss's worldly possessions. To make matters worse, he is left in charge of Mr. McAllister's bratty Hollywood-bound niece (Mila Kunis), and her out-of-control pet pig.

Amidst hitch-hikers, breakdowns, and assorted local yokels, Rick finds love, life and maybe himself in this trans-American road trip from hell.

[edit] Trivia

In an Internet article [1], star Jon Heder was rumored to have been killed in a car crash after leaving the wrap party for Moving McAllister. It has since been proven to be untrue and has now died down (no pun apparently intended).
