From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Mousauwal Compound was the headquarters of an unaligned military leader in Afghanistan, named Samoud Khan. Several of the detainees held in extrajudicial detention in the Guantanamo Bay detainment camps, in Cuba.[1]

American intelligence analysts believed that Samoud Khan's forces were behind a rocket attack on the American's Gardez Fire Base.
