[edit] Access

Access to Stamshaw is best via Hilsea unless you are travelling from the west. In which case take the M275 down towards the centre of town and keeping in the left hand lane turn off before the flyover. Keep in the left hand lane and at the roundabout take the first left. You should now be in Stamshaw.

The Hilsea turn off is clearly marked, but just in case it is the next turning after the Southsea junction and just before the M275, after taking the turning you need to stick to the left hand lane and follow the round around left at the roundabout, now come the hard bit as you have 150 yards to get in to the right hand lane for the right turn in to Stamshaw.
