Mount Grace State Forest is a Massachusetts state forest located in Warwick. The forest is managed by the Department of Conservation and Recreation.

Mount Grace State Forest is a 1,458 acre forest highlighted by the 1,625 foot Mount Grace, the second highest point in the Commonwealth east of the Connecticut River. The forest is popular for hiking and horseback riding.
The forest borders Warwick State Forest to the west.
