Motoaki Furukawa (古川もとあき?) has produced songs near-exclusively for the Guitar Freaks/Drummania line of Bemani games.

The only exception is the song "Passion Night Rendez-Vous", which he has composed for the "Mambo A Gogo" line of Bemani games. He is also a major composer for the Gradius series. He's been an active video game music composer for Konami since the 1980s, including games praised by its music such as Snatcher and Policenauts.

He is also credited along with Tomoyuki Uchida (Mr. T) on Burning Heat, which first appeared on Beatmania IIDX 7th Style as "Burning Heat! (FULL OPTION MIX)", and later appeared on DDRMAX2, DDR EXTREME (ARCADE VERS.), a DDR ULTRAMIX (1) Song Pack, and in the new DDR SUPER NOVA as "Burning Heat! (3 Option Mix)".
