Unfair. The most regarded gay capital of Britain is Brighton, West Sussex - highest number of gay people living there and was also home place of the first gay marriage.

This article gives no basis for its claims of controversy, cites no sources, and doesn't even try to define what a "controversial" plotline is, let alone what defines the "most" controversial plotlines. Get some reputable sources which verify that these storylines were considered the most controversial by fans and critics, or this article may qualify for deletion as original research. Cheers!
