Mostacolli

Mostacolli is an Italian pasta dish. It contains ground beef, green pepper, onion, tomatoes, tomato paste, water, salt, pepper, penne rigate, and cheese. It is made by cooking the meat, mixing it with the water and tomato products. Then, pasta, meat sauce, and cheese are added. You then add more auce and pasta, bake, and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
