This image, Moske fox svt.jpg, is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I (GunnarRene) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:
- the article includes sourced commentary on the report pictured
- the screenshot is presented in lower resolution;
- it is a still image from a longer video, and since no other stills from this video is available here the proportion of reproduction is low
- the report itself was available online from Fox News, and may still be, barring technical difficulties
- it shows Swedish subtitles, signifying how the Fox News report was shown on Swedish TV
- no adverse affect on market for the work reproduced
