Various sites say he finished:

• fourth [2]
• fifth [3], [4], [5]

So which is it? I would tend to believe the PDF, as it's a transcript of a personal interview with Kaer. Also, the Belgian site, which actually includes an order of finish, has him fifth.--BillFlis 12:07, 2 October 2006 (UTC)
