Morgenthau Lectures

The Morgenthau Lectures started in 1981 and is the longest running program at the Carnegie Council. It is named in honor of international relations theorist Hans Morgenthau, who was a longtime trustee of the Carnegie Council. Topics are of ethical dilemmas in international affairs. Each lecture is published into booklet format afterwards.

Inaugural speaker was prominent Indonesian public intellectual, Soedjatmoko on December 12, 1981.
